Delete your account.

1. Open OwnFit and sign in.
2. Tap You in the bottom bar.
3. Tap Account.
4. Scroll down and tap Delete account & all data.
5. Confirm on the screen that follows. We ask twice on purpose — there is no undo.

Email info@axtrastudios.com from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm it is you, delete everything, and write back when it is done. Expect a reply within seven days.

All of this goes at once, permanently, with no retention period and no backup copy kept for later:

• Your account and sign-in credentials
• Your profile — name, age, height, weight, goals and targets
• Every meal you have logged, with its calories and macros
• Every weigh-in, water entry, step count and workout mark
• Custom foods and saved meals you created
• Any share cards you made
• Every active session, on every device

Meal photos are never stored on our servers in the first place. They are analysed and discarded, so there is nothing to delete.

Two things sit outside your account, so deleting the account does not touch them. Both are easy to clear.

The waitlist. If you gave us your email on our website before the app existed, that entry is separate from your account. Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email we sent you, or ask us and we will remove it.

Diagnostics. Crash reports and anonymous usage events are held by the providers who run those services for us. Crash reports carry no personal information. Usage events can be tied to an account identifier — if you want those cleared too, say so in your email and we will have them removed.
