These are the rules for using OwnFit. We kept them short and honest. Using the app means you are okay with what is written here.
You can use OwnFit if you are sixteen or older and you follow these terms. Download it from the App Store or Google Play, make an account, and you are in. Use it for your own tracking, and be decent about it.
Keep your login safe and do not share it. You are responsible for what happens under your account. If you notice something strange, tell us quickly and we will help you lock it down.
The AI is good, but it is an estimate. It reads portions by eye, so numbers can be a little off, especially for mixed dishes. When a label prints a number, that number wins. You can always adjust a portion, and we would rather you check than trust it blindly.
OwnFit is a tracking tool, not a doctor or a dietitian. Nothing in the app is medical advice. If you have a health condition, are pregnant, or are planning a big change to how you eat, talk to a professional first. If something feels wrong with your body, do not wait on an app.
Your data is yours. Your meals, your weigh-ins, your notes, all of it stays yours and you can take it with you at any time. The app itself, our name, our logo, and our design belong to OwnFit, so please do not copy or resell them.
Please do not try to break the app, scrape it, resell access, or use it to harm anyone. Do not upload anything that is not yours to upload. If you abuse the service, we may pause or close your account, and we will tell you why.
You can leave whenever you want. Delete your account from Account and everything goes, ours copies too. We can also end access if these terms are broken, but we will not do it lightly, and where we can we will give you a heads up and a chance to export your data first.
If we update these terms in a meaningful way, we will let you know in the app before they take effect. Keep using OwnFit after that and it means you accept the new version. Anything unclear here, just ask, a real person will answer.
